I've got one of these printers, but can't get it to scan to PC (I use Windows XP). What am I doing wrong? If possible, pleas ereply in layman's terms as I'm certainly no novice but neither am I a computer whizz! Thanks in advance.

I scan regularly with this machine Have you inserted and installed Epson soft ware? if so it may be that you have a version unsuitable for XP I use windows 7

I also use Windows 7 and have never had any problems , find out if the printer is compatible with XP.

Is this printer suitable for making greeting cards on plain card

I do not use plain card, only glossy photo paper. I have tried greeting cards on plain paper, but they look a little washed out and blurry edged. I find that photo paper is best, it really does look nice and clear on this paper. Sorry I can not help regarding the plain card!
