Great tools meaning its v effective on wooden floors, carpets and upholstry.
Easy to use with good flexability. - Bad points:
- i can see why it doesn't have it, but an on/off switch on the handle would complete this design for me.

- this product is super powerful, seems to pick up the cat hairs off the carpet with ease. I also love that everything has it's place so it is stowed really compact without a lot of extras everywhere.

- It's a bit heavy to carry around.
