- Good points:
- Makes great coffee, not fiddly to use. The frother works well and its easy to clean. Very professional results.

Bit of a learning curve to use it but thats espresso makers for you. Although the machine heats up quickly the space to keep things warm on top does not. We've learnt to run taps under the hot tap to save refilling the water tank.
Some information about coffee pods, as we had never contemplated them before, is essential. Things like what they look like, what they are made of etc.

- Looks beautiful (stylish), makes a good froth for milk, tall enough for most mugs and cups, large water reservoir.
- Bad points:
- Quite noisy in use, drips a lot - so have to empty tray regularly (but encourages frequent cleaning!)

How big is the space for a cup? Is it big enough for a normal sized mug?

Is it possible to fit a mug underneath the espresso dispenser (as opposed to a cup)?

A mug is too tall but I do use mugs. You just have to tilt the cup a little to the side to get it out. It works fine provided you don't fill the cup to the brim
