Good points:: I think this is incredible value. It is compact, good looking and has plenty of features which I'm still exploring.
Bad points:: Don't like McAfee pre-installed software and can't uninstall it to install my own choice. Silly, flashy and unnecessary short cut feature - but this can be disabled.

Good points:: Start up and shut down are quick. Easy to set up and use. Love the touch screen. Comes with great software, like the interactive globe, piano and drum kit. The screen size is big enough to watch TV programmes. I'm really happy with it and would definately recommend it.
Bad points:: I would have prefered a wireless keyboard and mouse, but this was not an option on purchase. Speakers aren't great for music, sounds a bit tinny. (both of these can be resolved with additional purchaes, so not really a problem)

Good points:: Really love the fact that it is all in one and can create more space on my desk, infact i have recommended this model to quite a few people who a few have bought.
Bad points:: I wouldn't really say there was a huge bad point about it apart from the disc compartment could be a little more solid as it's not the usual way to put the disc in and could loosen up over time as your applying a little pressure to put disc in at an angle, the touch screen can be very sensitive at times but overall this product is fab..love it.

Good points:: overall very good and stylish
Bad points:: dell touch carasoul does not work properly, it moves from side to side but the only prorogrames I can get up are e-mail and trouble-shooting. It keeps telling me that fingertapps are not working, would appreciate some advice on this.
