I found the P150 extremely useful as I am a student with the Open University and often need to scan items during my studies which I cannot easily remove from their source. Scanning a photocopy of an article enables me to have a copy and recycle the paper copy, this means less clutter at home and if necessary,I can print out the article at a future date. I also now find it much easier to photocopy sections of periodicals and magazines I need to keep for reference and again recycle much sooner than in the past, using a flatbed scanner. It is very portable and I do not need yet another power source.
I am finding new uses for the scanner all the time and increasing storage space in my home rapidly. Before using my flatbed scanner I tended to put off copying to manyana. - Bad points:

Zero and I mean ZERO(none, nothing, zip) software or driver Install required.
The easiest Scanning interface I have ever seen and it even remembers your settings.
High speed USB with built in power (no external supply needed).
Scan quality is superb even at 150dpi, checked by re-printing scanned 150dpi greyscle Bank Statements.
Tiny footprint on the desk.
Instant off when you close the lid.
Brilliant design.
20 Sheet feed, full duplex scanner! Doesn't even slow down in duplex! - Bad points:

Slighty fidly loading of pages due to small size of 'paper guides'
Auto deskew feature not very good (but not really needed abyway).
A little pricey but in my view worth it.
