Good points:: For the size of the machine it delivers fantastic results, equal to that of the full size dishwashers. Very very happy with this product, not much noise at all, so easy to use - sparkling clean crockery every time!

Good points:: Surprisingly good capacity. It'll take all my pots and pans and chopping boards after a serious cooking session. And while it doesn't take 3-in-1 tablets, it's easy to find the liquid gel and it doesn't take much to get lovely clean dishes.
Easy to install (I did it myself) and it's a good bit of kit with a small footprint - perfect for a space-challenged kitchen. I wish I'd bought one years ago!!
Bad points:: A little noisy and cycle times seem quite long, but no worse than my washer/dryer.
Took some planning to fully load it initially, but I've got the hang of it now.

Good points:: Washes everything to a high standard.

Quiet machine, energy efficiency.
Bad points:: The instructions for fitting the machine in a kitchen cupboard are grossly inadequate. Its difficult to understand how to fit the machine and still be able to close the cupboard door, because the cupboard hinges are in the way. I've fitted the cupboard door using magnetic hinges which is somewhat "Heath Robinson".
