Great design.
Works really well and quickly.
Inside is easy to clean. - Bad points:
- Front panel gets hot. Have to grill with door closed - I didn't first time of using and it got so hot it started to melt the temperature dial.

- Good points:
- Grilling using teh fan assisting is very fast with great results. Bacon cooked and crispy fat succulent in about 3 minutes! I couldnt believe it either.
- Bad points:
- no audible sound when oven preheated. No automatic countdown of clock from commencement of cooking.Thus you have to remember the time you put the food in if you dont waqnt to set the clock.

Does the oven need to be hard wire?

There are three terminals in a box on the rear. These need connecting to a mains lead. It does not come with a captive 13a plug. Hope that helps.

Yes Im afraid it does. It was no trouble to me ,but I am a bit of a diy'er. It needed about 2M of cable to connect it to a cooker outlet switch.
I am very pleased with the oven. A well built unit.
