- Good points:
- Very good for small kitchens.I have had mine for 8 yrs and have only had 1 problem which happened after 8 yrs and that was the upper arm spray which broke off because I didn,t load it properly. My fault.. you can get spares for this which is good.

I bought the Beko DSFS1531 from Currys because of all the good things it appears to do. I also bought it because I had the perfect place for it to fit in a new kitchen that is being fitted. Please be aware that the the depth measurement is not 598 but in fact 661. This difference is quite significant and is causing problems. Not only Currys but other suppliers are still showing the measurment as 598 why?

I did notice that it was slightly longer (front to back) than the previous one, but thankfully not a problem for us. Thanks for pointing this out to prospective buyers.

Are the controls clear as this will be my parents FIRST dishwasher also does it give a bleep or something when the cycle has finished.

The controls are easy to use, and there are three lights that let you know where the cycle is at - WASH, DRY and END. So the END light comes on when the cycle has finished.

I am planning to put this inside a 600mm cupboard. Will I be able to put the plinth back on or will this prevent the dishwasher door opening?

The door will clear a plinth of 6.5" when it swings down, however the depth of the dishwasher (front-to-back) is about 600 so you might not have the depth to put the plinth back on. Of course you might be able to remove a skirting board or recess into wall a bit to get max depth...

Does the depth measurement of 661 include space for the hose pipes being fitted.

Hi with the pipes and fitted in place flush with cabinets it measures 630mm... Good little machine for the price, very quiet. Thanks.
