2. I've seen some mixed review on the sound level on this chimney hood. When its at full power is it too noisy?

      I certainly don't find it too noisy but I do have 2 teenage girls with teenage friends so my eardrums may be used to a different level. I have an extractor fan and it certainly isnt as loud as that at full power. Obviously there is a noise but you can have a conversation over it. Hope this helps. Liz

      I personally don't find it too noisy and it is certainly quieter than our previous chimney hood. It is fairly noisy at level 3, which I would expect, but levels 1 and 2 are quite acceptable I think. Hope this helps.

3. I just want to ask if all necessary parts were included when you bought this item? coz when i click buy items it automatically brings up additional items in my trolley w/c is vent kit,meter kit ,carbon filter etc.Do i need to include this items? Thanks

   1. All parts were included with my order apart from the carbon filters. It turned out that one was included too as I have not had to use the spare ones yet but felt it was a good idea to buy these too as you never know how easy they are to get hold of. If you are still unclear check with the company, they were helpful if I had any questions. Hope this helps.

   2. The vent kit,meter kit and the other items came up also when I went to buy but I did not go for these as my kitchen fitter got them.

   3. none of the items referred to are were included when I bought the extractor so you'll need either a vent kit if you propose to vent to the outside or the carbon filters if you are to have internal venting
