Good points:: A well designed and attractive pruduct works well nice to handle
Bad points:: Battery life more like 5 hrs and not 10 perhaps the battery has created a memory and will only take about 2 hrs charge. It reports fully charged 100% but only giving 5 hrs use.

Good points:: Everything from the software, the keyboard is more less full size minus the number keys and the battery and management system give you a long time between charges. Use mine about 9hrs a week in 3hr blocks. I only charge once a week!!!!
Online backup storage is also worthwhile. Very light!
Bad points:: The surface is a fingerprint and smudge heaven!!! You need to constantly wipe the laptops to keep it looking good.

Good points:: Does everything I expected and mostly more, more quickly!
Bad points:: Wierdly using WinXP it doesn't like some versions of photo editing progs, though it runs heavyweight examples easily

Good points:: The netbook works very well ... easy to use, no problems, connects to a remote CD rom via USB to load software. Internet worked well both via Wi fi and cable so I'm happy.
Bad points:: Nothing really wrong at all. I think it should be clearly stated not all the pre-loaded software is fully licenced and will only operate for a trial period before licence must be purchased. I would like the netbook to have been a bit smaller and lighter but probably this would not be achievable without sacrificing some of the good features like battery life for instance. Really I'm well satisfied.

Good points:: Very small and smart device for traveller. It has really long-living battery (with wi-fi on and using the battery life estimate is about 6-7 hours). It is capable of doing any everyday tasks like web surfing, e-mails, preparing document or presentation etc.
Bad points:: It is definitely not for use for a whole day. You will be absolutely exhausted after the whole day of working with it, because of small screen and smaller than normal keybord.

Good points:: Neat design and light weight.
Bad points:: The first netbook had to be replaced due to constant 'blue-screening' and unrequested re-boots. The second netbook supplied had a 'fatal' battery charge problem (quite common according to web-forums for this paticualr netbook) following which I requested a refund and purchased a Samsung NC10 which I have been VERY happy with
