Good points:: Great product for a great price. Nice and sturdy chassis.
Bad points:: Not much really. Battery recharges are quite frequent but we expected that. Screen resolution can be annoyingly low sometimes but again, not unexpected and perfectly acceptable at this price point.

Good points:: Very pleased with this laptop, especially at the price. Very fast for general applications. Not used for games so can't comment. Especially like the keyboard which feels good, keys nicely spaced. Excellent bright and crisp screen. I like the overall design. Very clear webcam.
Bad points:: None on the physical laptop itself. I personally can't bear all the unnecessary extra software that comes pre-installed on laptops but it's a fairly quick fix to uninstall all you don't want and I understand that some may find it useful. My biggest gripe is the ton of Windows Updates that has to be done to get up-to-date. At least an hours worth. Would be good if the pre-installs were a bit more recent. But this is the case on most brands.
